Hi, I’m Jodi, and I am a passionate
food artist and charcuterie curator, dedicated to transforming simple ingredients into
extraordinary sensory experiences. As a former restaurant owner for over a decade, I developed a deep appreciation for refined flavors, elevated dining, and the art of beautiful presentation.
During the pandemic, a close friend and I began experimenting with charcuterie, meticulously crafting boards that balanced color, texture, and taste. What started as a creative outlet quickly turned into a passion for designing visually stunning and palate-pleasing gourmet experiences.
More than just food, I love the way a beautifully curated board or grazing table brings people together—creating moments of connection, conversation, and shared enjoyment. There’s something magical about watching guests gather around, exploring flavors, and savoring the experience.
